On days that are
So beautiful I could cry
I wish that time would still

On days that are
So hard that all I do is cry
I wish that time would pass

And on those in-between days
Of half-good and half-horrific
I wish that time would

Drive like my grandma did
All herky-jerky speed up, slow down
At the appropriate moments
