Dynamo, sprite,
who hangs in space,

a blur of lace,
diphthong of grace,

quivering tutu
of fanning wings,

you whirrer who stares
into the eyelashes

of my pink rhododendron,
you start, you stop,

you lift, you drop,
you dart and flash,

then dip to sip,
you are a bullet of green

shimmer, miniature
master of reverse

and evanescence.
