I think of you whenever rain soaks
my world. We drink coffee,
I lounge in pyjamas,
you wander
the stars.
I remember you when children
brown in the sun. I amble
the beach to where you
rest, we contemplate
the ocean.
I miss you when leaves wither
and fall. We have another
conversation, one where
I apologize and you
forgive me.
