Lockdown is known to me from my birth.
Since I came, I never opened the door
on my own. So, I have no fear about it.
I have a habit of being locked down.
Quarantine is known to me from my birth.
Since I came, they treated me differently
as a girl. So, I have no fear about it.
I have a habit of being in quarantine.
Corona is known to me from my birth.
Since I came, I have faced every new situation
and sudden changes. So, I have no fear about it.
I have a habit of being a warrior.
COVID-19 is known to me from my birth.
Since I came, I have faced the diseases of religion,
Caste and class. So, I have no fear about it.
I have a habit of battling disease.
I can praise COVID-19 only because it never
discriminates among human beings.
“Corona” shivers my soul. The pain of caste and gender discrimination compared to the virus. Stunning.
